Do I have to pay to search for a Craftsmen?
Searching for a Craftsmen is FREE, with no need to register. We ask that you give a few minutes of your time to let us know how it went if you use a member listed.
Does Leading Craftsmen pass on my information to awaiting members?
We do not believe in selling client's needs, rather they should be free to make a choice. However, we do have a ‘We Find’ service for clients who may wish to save time by requesting Craftsmen who can assist to contact them.
What is and how does the ‘We Find’ search work?
A time saving and more direct search filter for clients wanting Craftsmen to contact them.
Clients are required to complete some key information about their needs to filter those listed with us who can assist. The enquiry (minus the client’s contact details) is shared with the members who have agreed to respond to incoming enquiries and reply if they can help the client. The member replies are then shared with the clients, along with the link to the members profile page to make an informed choice. The client is then free to invite the member they wish to contact them.
We DO NOT agree or take part in auctioning client enquiries. We firmly believe the choice should remain the clients.
Do the members pay a commission to Leading Craftsmen for my custom?
The members don't share their fees with us.
All members are listed FREE of charge.
We like to keep it simple and transparent by charging an annual flat fee for those opting to reply to incoming enquiries via our ‘We Find’ service only.
Does Leading Craftsmen guarantee the products or services provided?
Members are individual businesses. We therefore are unable to guarantee the products or services they provide.
If, in the unlikely event the service received is not to your satisfactory, then please share the experience on your feedback to us, which will be available for others to see. Leading Craftsmen welcomes feedback from clients, as this is the lifeblood of the business and determines whether an invitation to be listed is extended to a craftsmen or not.
